If you live more than 50km from the VDRC, 8404 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, then you are exempt from volunteer hours.

50km is approximately Grindrod to the north, Rutland to the south, Falkland to the west and the Cherryville to the east.

The Base Price is a required payment.

The Volunteer Fee can be either completed as volunteer hours OR an additional payment.

Volunteering is an integral component of the VDRC and it is through members offering their time, talents and skills that we can operate and improve the club and continue to enhance our community.

We also encourage members to take initiative and reach out to the appropriate VDRC Committee if you have a volunteering job you are interested in doing, or if you have an event or initiative you would like to put forward.

Volunteer records will be kept track of on an online spreadsheet which all Directors have access to. Hours must be verified by a VDRC Director.

A list of VDRC directors is available on our website (HERE). You are encouraged to directly contact the listed show managers to offer your help. Please see show programs on website for specific names and contacts.

If you do not complete your hours, at the end of the season an email will be sent to you with directions for online payment of the owed fees.
