Sip & Paints (Thursdays)
Unwind and get creative at our Summer Sip & Paint socials! Held Thursday evenings at the VDRC and guided by local artist, Heather Smith. Each session offers a welcoming, no-pressure environment where all materials are provided and creativity is encouraged at every level. To keep things fresh for returning participants, the artistic medium changes each month – giving you the chance to explore new techniques and styles. Guests can enhance their experience with optional add-on candy bowls while wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be available by donation. Whether you’re coming solo, with friends of making it a regular outing, this social blends art, atmosphere and community into a uniquely enjoyable evening. The evenings will have a bonus entertainment with horses on the property!

Strawberry Tea Social
Step into a charming and relaxed strawberry tea social set against the picturesque backdrop of the Vernon District Riding Club. Guests can enjoy their choice of three curated tea varieties, served hot or iced, alongside an elegant selection of sandwiches, fresh pastries and seasonal fruits – beautifully presented in classic china teacups on crisp white linen. With no formal dress code, the atmosphere remains welcoming and family friendly, while still offering plenty of instagram-worthy photo opportunities through the experience. As an added highlight, guests will have the unique pleasure of watching horses in motion during a live dressage clinic, blending refined leisure with the beauty and grace of the equestrian world.

Hearts & Hooves – An Equine & Yoga Experience
Experience a one-of-a-kind morning that blends movement, connection, and relaxation in a serene equestrian setting. Begin this incredible day by unwinding with a unique equine bodywork demonstration by registered Massage Therapist, Zabrina Barteaux, enhancing both physical release and mental clarity. Two lucky winners of the Early Bird sales will be given the opportunity to have a hands on experience with Zabrina and the horses while other participants will experience this practice through sight, smell and sound. Your yoga practice, led by award winning, Jessica Nobrega from Grace & Flow, will be a guided yoga session thoughtfully designed to flow alongside the calming presence of horses, creating a deeply grounding and memorable experience. The morning is perfectly rounded out with a relaxed social featuring mimosas, fresh juices, coffee, and a currated breakfast – offering the ideal balance of wellness, indulgence and connection in a truly unique environment. Opportunities for photographs with the horses will be available.
